Some artists' websites hide behind rules of impersonality. I won't play games with you, seeing that I maintain this site myself. So this is my personal introduction by myself:

My name is mr_mark_dollin and have been making music since 1996, although my parents bought me a guitar in 93 which got me started. I got a copy of Fast Tracker II and started writing computer songs. After years of trying other methods of computer composition I have arrived at using Renoise. I usually arrange a whole heap of samples, synths, guitars, vocals and other recorded bits to make the music and message I'd like to hear.

My intension, on a more serious level, is to make new musical media that promotes consciousness development and largely give it away for free! The more I can spread unique thought-provoking music the more a contribution can be made to cultural richness that enables people to think intelligently and create an intelligent future. Think of it as making a contribution to 'the world of ideas'.

On this website you can download some of my songs from the mp3 page, or click on the albums (up the top left). Alslo check out the blog for a variety of evolving information, articles and philosophy related to my projects.

Please forgive the simplicity of the site design, as I find webdesign a very slow and frustrating process. You'll find no flashy do-dads that most artist's pages have. I try the best I can to keep it all up to date.
